Key Responsibilities:

As a Client Success Intern, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and founders throughout their program applications and beyond, ensuring they derive maximum benefit from our services. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  1. Facilitating communication between clients and startups to ensure clarity and progress.
  2. Supporting both online and in-person startup events to enhance engagement and effectiveness.
  3. Assisting in the smooth delivery of projects and monitoring the satisfaction of participants.

Requirements:

  • You are a fresh graduate or a current college student in your final year, eager to embark on a minimum 3-month internship in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Language proficiency: You need to be able to communicate fluently in both English and Chinese (at a professional level).
  • You possess a proactive and service-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to client and founder success.
  • You are curious and enthusiastic about the world of startups, entrepreneurship, and venture capital.
  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness are crucial in this role.
  • You are eager to learn new things and not shy away from challenges, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in dynamic situations.
