Support Technology transfer projects and new product releases
In your new role you will:
  • Support process improvement programs
  • Lots’ assessment & disposition to ensure quality of products delivered to customers meet Infineon’s quality and reliability standard
  • Investigate and provide fast feedback to production line in case of deviation/drift
  • Support new product releases
  • Support technology transfer projects
  • To monitor and work with other cross functional department to ensure stability of PCM/Inline/DD trend and parameters
  • Support Production tools releases
  • Support Technology Synchronization
  • Support data compilation and review

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering/ElectronicsEngineering/Physics/Material Science/Chemistry

In our wafer production in Kulim we are producing more than 100.000 wafer each month.
