Responsibilities:
· Handle customer enquiries by managing calls, emails and chats.
· Serve our customers’ needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
· Meet service level targets by achieving both service and productivity level KPIs. Ensure that all calls, consultations, emails and membership applications are answered within the stipulated SLA.
· Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.
Requirement
· Minimum SPM with at least 2 years experience in customer service.
· Must be able to read, write and speak English FLUENTLY.
· Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage.
· Mon to Sun work day based on the roster (5-day week).
· Working hours – rotational shifts.
· 9 hours shift (including 1-hour meal break).
· Training provided.
· Permanent midnight (9pm to 6am)

Salary Package: RM3,000 + RM500 (allowance)
