There is an exciting opportunity to arise arisen for a creative, talented, dynamic, and passionate candidate to fill the role of Product Marketing Executive. This great opportunity is best suited for an energetic and aspiring candidate who wants to be part of a global organization.

Reporting directly to the Assistant Product Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination of the marketing plan and activities. You will have a passion for desserts and experience in a similar role will be an advantage.

Some of your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Assist in new product development, line extensions, market development, and product launches

• Tracks sales performance and provides post-mortem report

• Works with necessary functional groups to ensure the proper implementation of the marketing plan (e.g. sales, pricing, promotion & distribution programs

• Assist to conduct Voice of Customer to improve customer understanding in order to identify new product opportunities and gaps

• Assist to develop POSMs and product artwork.

• Tracks and monitors monthly sales performance for the products assigned

• Assist in the implementation of all promotion campaign details and a special project (PR, trade marketing)

• Tracks and reports promotional activities coordinate analysis details for file records and planning

• Work with Technical and Sales Associates to execute any promotional activities to drive sales growth, track performance, and provide recommendations for future improvement

• Assist with the coordination of special department projects

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA degree in Marketing from a recognized university

• Fresh graduate or 2 years maximum marketing experience in a foreign/multinational fast-moving consumer products (FMCG) environment.

• Able to work full-time if the company needed

• Fluency in English and Mandarin in speaking and writing.

• Knowledge of marketing theory.

• Marketing experience and program planning & executive skill

• Good in computer literacy

• Good team player with strong communication skills

• Willingness to travel.
