In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.

What You Will Do

  • Lead and manage our new flagship Penang facility, security and maintenance/industrial engineering teams. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment and systems within the facility, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems
  • Manage a team of maintenance technicians and contractors to ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations and safety, including security, chemicals, acids, ionizing radiation.
  • Work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that facility operations are aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Work with counterparts globally to ensure processes for the facility, security, and maintenance/industrial engineering team are standardized and best practices adopted.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in facilities management and maintenance, preferably in a semiconductor production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, production processes and certification in work safety, technical knowledge in utilities and facilities management, including basic clean room activities.
  • Have a good foundation in engineering principles, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, structural design, and energy efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the building process and construction principles. Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes with experience with AutoCAD, SAP and MS Office.
