Role Summary:

The APJ Head of Partnerships will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partnership roadmap across the APJ region. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven leader with a deep understanding of the business management solutions industry, capable of building and managing high-value partnerships that drive growth, expand market presence, and enhance the company's product offerings.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of establishing strong partner ecosystems and driving strategic initiatives that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership Strategy Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy for the APJ region, aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

Identify and prioritize key partnership opportunities, including technology partners, resellers, system integrators, and strategic alliances.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

Manage existing partnerships, ensuring they are delivering against agreed objectives and exploring opportunities to deepen collaboration.

Business Development:

Identify and engage with potential partners across the APJ region to drive business growth.

Negotiate partnership agreements, including commercial terms, ensuring they align with the company’s goals and deliver value.

Market Expansion:

Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to leverage partnerships for market expansion and product innovation.

Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure alignment on partnership initiatives and maximize regional opportunities.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Set clear KPIs and metrics for partnership success and regularly report on progress, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Provide regular updates to senior management on partnership activities, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

7+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, with a focus on the APJ region.

Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue and business growth.

Deep understanding of the business management solutions and its ecosystem.

Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.

Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
