  • Discuss the requirements with clients, and determine any fees to be charged for services provided at an appropriate rate.
  • Provide after sales service to strengthen relationships and ensure consistent delivery of substantial clients & customer service.
  • Ensure clients & customer loyalty and promote personal brand identity by providing excellent service through regular contact, sharing latest updates and conducting reviews on usage of our range of services.
  • Monitor and ensure collection/sale are invoiced correctly, constant follow up and collect payment.
  • Continuously expand client & customer base.
  • Able to handle administrative work and provide timely reports and feedback to management.
  • Consistent cold call to hunt for new prospects.
  • To engage market to build up client & customer base.
  • To support the development of Marketing and project activities to ensure achieving client& customer requirement.

  • To prepare weekly, daily and monthly marketing activities report and highlight major event (i.e. Government Tenders) for management review.
  • Conduct contract and tender reviews to prepare proposals and quotations.
  • Undertake research for new business proposals.
  • Responsible in preparation of project management documentation, such as tender, proposal, quotation, PowerPoint for presentation usage, project implementation planning etc.
  • Handle ad-hoc activity/assignment when the needs required andas requested by senior management/superior.
  • Draw up client & customer contracts - depending on the size of company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis.
  • Gather market and clients & customer information and provide feedback on Marketing strategy.
  • Continually analyst marketing data. Seek and research new sources of prospective clients & customer data, and provide recommendations to marketing team and HOD.
  • Conduct research to identify and analyze market requirement for current and future services, trends, clients & customer behavior, competitor activities, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports.
  • Plan and manage meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Support the execution of various communications initiatives, events and projects, ensuring effective implementation of strategies to increase share of voice, build on community relations, obtain positive press coverage and generate additional income.
  • Identify new business opportunities for growing revenue, diversifying business streams and strengthening market position through research on prospects, new products/ services or industry trends or insights from business network.
  • Direct report to HOD and assist closely on daily basis.
  • Support HOD in evaluating and establishing the marketing plan and strategy by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts, setting objectives and updating calendars.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open communication with senior management.
  • Looking after the budget of the marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
  • Manages promotional mechanism. (bundles set creation, discount promotion and etc)
  • To foster relationship with investing communities, and other related parties such as authorities.
  • Works efficiently and enthusiastically on assignments and goal attainment.
  • Takes responsibility for assigned tasks and completing them as expected.
  • Diagnose business processes/organisational problems to drive profitability growth.
  • Direct and oversee the Strategic Planning and Execution of the Business Plan, the Transformation Plan and their related activities and undertakings to achieve the overall targets.
  • Conducting business and finance environment scanning and analysis to help identify opportunities and reduce risks.
