Sales & Marketing Executive

• Designing and implementing marketing plans for company services.
• Leading marketing plans and campaigns
• Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
• Analyzing market behavior and customer activities to identify business opportunities.
• Managing company social media account and ensure content updated
• Coordinates/supports the development and execution of external and internal marketing initiatives that deliver measured results, and help build brand awareness, increase brand equity and value, and achieve deposit growth targets.
• Answering client queries about services specifications and providing solutions.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
• Providing pre-sales and post-sales support
• Develop and maintain client satisfaction
• Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, and qualify and negotiate sales contracts
• Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
