Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on products, including features, functionalities, and selling points.
- Conduct product knowledge assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure team competency.
- Conduct competitor analysis and deliver product comparison training.
- Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments competitors and market trends.
- Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
- Support non-technical aspects of sales and after-sales training programs as needed.
- Create training reports and Analyze training effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product training in automotive industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
- Experience with e-learning platforms a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Language: English/Bahasa Malaysia, mandarin is plus
- Willing to travel regionally to conduct training sessions.
