  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  5. Click JavaScript.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on products, including features, functionalities, and selling points.
  • Conduct product knowledge assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure team competency.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and deliver product comparison training.
  • Evaluate trainee progress through assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest product developments competitors and market trends.
  • Create training materials, such as presentations, handouts, and online modules.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing, engineering) to ensure training programs align with business objectives.
  • Support non-technical aspects of sales and after-sales training programs as needed.
  • Create training reports and Analyze training effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product training in automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Language: English/Bahasa Malaysia, mandarin is plus
  • Willing to travel regionally to conduct training sessions.
