Are you a Collection Manager with a proven team in place, ready to drive growth for our expanding business?

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager to spearhead the launch and operation of our new branch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the collections industry, coupled with exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills. Importantly, you must have your own established team ready to join our organization.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead your existing team to new heights, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability within our organization;
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute effective collection strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses;
• Branch Operations: Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including facility management, budgeting and compliance;
• Portfolio Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely and efficient collection efforts.
• Performance Analysis:Monitor team performance, identify trends, and implement necessary adjustments to optimize results.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the collections industry, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role;
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams;
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written;
• Proficiency in collections software and tools;
• A deep understanding of collections regulations and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
