Supply Chain Specialist

- Sourcing and recommending suppliers : Identifying and selecting suppliers who can meet the specific requirements of NPI projects and Mass Production, ensurinf alignment with quality standards and project timelines.

-Supplier analysis and recommendation : Analyzing supplier quotations and providing data-drivenrecommendations to support decision-making processes, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, lead times,and quality.

-Preferred supplier development: Culticatingg relationships with preferred suppliers based on criteria such ascost, capacity, quality, and responsiveness to requests for Quottaion (RFQs)

-Cost reduction and materilas lead-time reductionL Driving initiatives to reduce costs and materilas lead times through supply base consolidation, negotiation, and process optimization

-Supply chain risk management: Proactively identifying and addressing potential supply chain challengesto ensure timely resolution and moinimize operational disruptions

-Project management for NPI: Managing NPI projects effectively, providing regular updates and progressreports to the project team to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.

- End-of-life management: Overseeing end-of-life processes to minimize discruptions and ensure smooth transitions inproduct lifecycle management

-Supplier registration, survey, and audit: Facilitating new supplier registration, conducting surveys and audits to ensure adherence to quality and compliance standards.

-Supplier relationship management: Culyivating strong relatinships with suppliers to foster collaboration and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
