  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

Title: Electrical Resident Manager

Location: Johor

Duration: 12 Months – Renewable

Salary: RM15,000 - RM18,000

"Seeking an Electrical Resident Manager fluent in Mandarin."

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform installation, testing and commissioning, live cutover to site acceptance testing.
  2. Provide maintenance and support services, including attending call-outs when activated.
  3. Conduct training for customers and service technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  4. Conduct site assessments, generate proposals, and prepare cost sheets.
  5. Coordinate with customers and perform time & materials services or any ad hoc services as instructed by the Supervisor.
  6. Perform standby duties 24x7.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of construction experience, with working knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
  • 5 years of experience with Data Centre projects.
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or equivalent disciplines.
  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree or Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required skills: MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
  • Required languages: Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English.
