As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive lead generation and brand awareness. You will work across various digital channels and platforms, leveraging data and insights to optimise campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with business goals
  • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing strategies across various channels (social media, SEO, SEM, Programmatic) to drive lead generation and brand awareness
  • Manage and optimise digital campaigns (SEM/SEO, display, social media, programmatic) to maximise ROI and performance, with a strong focus on achieving qualified leads for the Singapore market
  • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging digital content while ensuring consistent brand messaging
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations
  • Knowledgeable on setting up and implementing conversion events, pixels, and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms
  • Provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage SEO campaigns
  • Manage and maintain the company’s owned media including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software
  • Craft compelling ad copies, landing page content, and other marketing materials to maximise conversions and engagement.
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, curriculum, design) to align marketing efforts with business goals
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive conversions
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to enhance results

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in digital marketing; prior experience in the EdTech/Education industry or agency experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Tiktok Ads
  • Strong understanding of SEM, SEO and social media strategies
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Good understanding of the Singapore education landscape is required
  • Strong command of written English
