As we expand our market presence in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a seasoned FMCG Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager to join our team. This role, based in Malaysia, is crucial for driving sales growth and market expansion in the Southeast Asia (SEA), Middle East (ME) region.

You will be responsible for :

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement robust sales strategies to achieve SEA/ME business objectives and sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: To enhance market presence and establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners.
  • Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand our market share of beauty and personal care products.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform and adjust sales strategies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product development teams to align product launches and promotional activities.
  • Reporting: Provide senior management with detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
  • Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Ideal Profile :

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and have at least 5 years of experience in FMCG sales, particularly in the beauty and personal care sector.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • You have a strong understanding of the Thai market, including key players and market dynamics.
  • You possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are willing to go overseas on a business trip.
  • Fluency in English/ the Local language of any SEA and/or ME market (Thai, Vietnam, etc.) is required, and Chinese language skills are a plus.
