The role is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of digital banking channels, specifically focusing on Rize. This role involves data analysis, report generation, system management, and coordination with various stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze Rize Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports.
  • Extract, cleanse, and segment customer data for campaign and promotion purposes.
  • Collaborate with the BI team to optimize data extraction and cleansing processes.
  • Perform sampling checks with relevant stakeholders to ensure data accuracy.
  • Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams to obtain necessary approvals for notices, announcement, campaign and promotion.
  • Manage digital content on website and mobile apps through the Bank Back Office system.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Channel Management Unit.
  • Create detailed business process flows to enhance efficiency and clarity.
  • Prepare Management Approval Papers as required by the Channel Management Lead.
  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders and departments to address channel queries and clarifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for digital channel initiatives.
  • Perform various administrative tasks and ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Channel Management Lead.

Qualifications/ Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or digital channel operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data manipulation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Knowledge of banking systems and processes preferred.
  • Experience with digital channel, marketing and campaign management.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in content management systems.
