You will be responsible for planning the ideal merchandising mix and collaborating with various departments including Store Operations, Marketing, IMD, and Corporate Planning. Your ability to ensure the right amount of merchandise mix in stores at all times will directly impact customer satisfaction and sales targets. You will also develop and execute merchandising/sales/production strategies, adjusting production by SKU as necessary. Your keen eye for detail will aid in minimizing Out of Stock SKU through thorough review and forecasting. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will strive to maximize sales and profit while minimizing year-end inventory.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication or any other related field
- Good numbers and analysis skills
- 4-5 years working experience in any related field is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong commercial acumen with an interest in understanding latest consumer trends and behavior
- Self-driven with the ability to act promptly to accomplish performance targets and expectations
- Resourceful under pressure
