Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assisting Logistics arrangements for Open and in-house and advisory (Course Venue, Facilitator’s accommodation, Printing)
  • Assisting financial related matter
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Senior Management and Facilitators.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Supporting in renewal of Business related licenses
  • Vendor registration/Procurement related task
  • Supporting in HRDC – (Each course registration, renewal, new trainer registration, trainer’s supporting documents payment, claiming course fees, query reply, justification request,T3 *Form application and JD 14 application)
  • Handling the overall process such as summiting the claims, providing the required documents in a timely manner and handling enquiries and also issue regards to the HRDC governing body.

We expect you to:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly in logistics coordination and HRDC-related tasks, is preferred
  • Proficiency in English, oral and written
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiarity with financial processes and basic accounting is a plus. Familiarity with local business license processes and HRDC regulations is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, also ability to work independently and as part of a team
