Job Responsibility
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new telesales representatives.
- Facilitate classroom training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job training.
- Identify training needs and skills gaps within the telesales team.
- Design and implement advanced training sessions and refreshers.
- Keep training materials up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, product information, and industry best practices.
- Provide one-on-one coaching to improve individual and team performance.
- Develop training documentation, guides, and e-learning modules.
- Minimum 2 years sales experience (sales experience in contact centre would add advantage)
- Experience in training or mentoring within a sales environment would add advantage
- Ability to communicate with internal and external team members
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (mandarin language would add advantage
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
- Motivated and enthusiastic attitude towards sales and training.
- Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Remuneration package:
- Basic: RM3,000 â RM4,000
- KPI incentive: RM300-RM500
