  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Orgtomic and our partner companies have a rapidly expanding outbound sales function to support our market leading position in the recruitment technology sector.

We need an ambitious and hard working Graduate/recent Grad to join us in a Sales Support Function - You will basically make all our sales and lead data better and our SDRs more effective. This is not a sales role, but a data and supporting position that will provide a great platform and insight into how an effective and gloabl sales engine works ..

Responsibilities

  • Own a huge data set of outbound lead data. Ensure all data points are copmlete, up to date and ready to provide value to the CRM (Hubspot)
  • Use Linkedin, Companies House and other research tools to provide accurate sales insight and Life Cycle timing etc (Company buddget periods etc)
  • Support global team of SDR on adhoc sales support and documentation
  • Mostly supporting UK and Asia based teams

Qualifications

  • Recent graduate or 1-2 years experience in data collection/support role
  • Hard working and results driven
  • Competent around software stacks - Hubspot, ChatGPT, research tools.
  • This is not a direct sales role but will be working closely with a strong SDR team so need to fit into a fast paced and results driven culture.

A great first role for a smart grad who is looking to get some international exposre and understand sales funnels and operations. Prove your self and roles in operations, marketing or sales will open up in due course.

Hybrid role with office in Bangsar/Damansara heights area
