- Manage the company’s social media platforms, including content scheduling, engagement, and performance analysis.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and online advertising efforts to drive traffic to the website and store.
- Oversee email marketing campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation and targeting.
Event Planning and Coordination:
- Organize and execute in-store promotions, events, and brand activations to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Coordinate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, vendors and other retail brands.
Budget Management:
- Monitor the marketing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials, event venues and advertising.
Brand Development:
- Maintain and enhance the brand's identity by ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to promote new product launches.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent to related field.
Experience: 3 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
