  • Organize and execute in-store promotions, events, and brand activations to drive foot traffic and sales.
  • Coordinate partnerships and collaborations with influencers, vendors and other retail brands.

Budget Management:

  • Monitor the marketing budget and track expenses to ensure cost-effective campaigns.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors for marketing materials, event venues and advertising.

Brand Development:

  • Maintain and enhance the brand's identity by ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with the merchandising and product development teams to promote new product launches.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent to related field.

Experience: 3 years of experience in retail marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
