Job Summary
Driving sales and sales force excellence to achieve the organization's goals. Manage & ensure the sales force effective’s execution for the sales & marketing team. Coach sales team and discuss with management and cross-functional on solutions needed to overcome challenges

General Responsibilities
Sales Management

  • Lead sales team to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives.
  • Manage departmental operating budgets and costs according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable.
  • Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.
  • Cascade and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators. Evaluate team performance gaps and requirements for improvement.
  • Lead and monitor the progress of sales activities for assigned businesses/territories.


Commercial Excellence

  • Apply a consistent SFE diagnosis across the sales forces in Malaysia/, in order to identify good practices and develop continuous improvement plans with clear improvement objective.
  • Align with cross-functional and management teams for strategic execution.
  • Conduct proactive analysis to help identify key drivers of sales performance and key areas of opportunity/challenge in-vitro diagnostic device/reagents environment.
  • Ensure proper development and execution of SFE strategy is aligned with DKSH COE standard.
  • Develop sales force capability structure & roadmap


Functional Skills And Knowledge
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
  • Demonstrate sound knowledge in the general principles of sales and marketing; familiarity with the sales and marketing environment is a must
  • Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken


Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Science is an added advantage.
  • 3-5 years sales management experience.
  • Sales Force Effectiveness experience for 2-3 years is an added advantage
