- Responsible on Day-to-Day Sales Support & General Administrative Tasks.
- Assist and support Sales Team in preparation of sales reports, quotations, tenders and proposals, and other sales related activities.
- Prepare and follows up on any sales quotations made for clients.
- Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly.
- Handles incoming telephone calls and prepares proposals for inquires.
- Maintains a proper filing and trace system for the department.
- Liaise with other departments to provide updates for sales order status.
- To maintain a good rapport and working relationship with staff and all other departments.
- Ensure excellent and timely response to clients.
- Good follow up skills with the ability to support and deliver customer's enquiries.
- Carry out any assignments as and when required.
- Candidate must possess at least a STPM/ Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in business or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided; Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in any Sales Coordination field
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player
- Able to work under pressure, self-motivates and confidence
- Computer literate & competent in MS office
- Sound Knowledge in SQL system is an added advantage.
