Position: Business Development Executive/Manager (B2B Corporate Partnerships)
Location: Malaysia
We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive/Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic B2B corporate partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and partnerships with corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within partner organizations.
- Develop customized partnership proposals, negotiating and finalizing agreements to achieve mutual goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing) to create tailored solutions for potential corporate partners.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for business growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing LUMIROUS' value proposition.
- Monitor partnership performance, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration.
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management, tracking progress and partnership outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, particularly in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of securing and managing corporate partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and create actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese and Malay.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
