Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing billing processes, compiling costs from suppliers, creating accurate cost estimates, supporting procurement activities, and handling various ad-hoc tasks as needed. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost Compilation: Gather and analyze cost data from various suppliers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Costing Preparation: Create detailed cost estimates based on supplier information and submit these to clients in a timely manner.
  • Costing Analysis: Develop detailed cost estimates for client projects, collaborating with operational teams for accuracy.
  • Procurement Support: Assist in procurement activities, including sourcing materials, negotiating with suppliers, and managing purchase orders.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Support the finance and operations teams with various administrative tasks as required, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in billing, administration, or procurement.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
