Internship Program - Supply Chain / e-Commerce / Logistics / Fulfilment

We are seeking a motivated Intern to be part of the Supply Chain team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn about logistics fulfillment, administrative support, and the overall operations that drive our e-commerce business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in logistics fulfillment arrangements, including order processing and shipment tracking
• Support inventory management by updating stock levels and monitoring product availability
• Provide administrative support to the e-commerce operations team, including data entry and report generation
• Help coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations
• Participate in projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer experience

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Minimum CGPA of 3.00
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
