- Handle indoor sales transactions.
- Provide support to the outdoor sales team.
- Prepare and manage sales quotations, sales orders, and delivery orders.
- Assist in following up with customers on orders and deliveries.
- Coordinate with vendors or transporters to arrange deliveries.
- Align work schedules with all parties to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
- Undertake and perform other duties as assigned by your superior.
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-U qualification.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves interacting with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a hardware/building materials trading company. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
