Key Responsibilities: • Assist Facility Engineer in coordinating operational and administrative activities, including documentation, report preparation, and data entry. • Support in evaluating the condition and performance of facilities through site monitoring, inspections, and activity tracking. • Manage complaints, incident reports, and assist in conducting on-site investigations for resolution. • Help in preparing for and attending meetings related to the facilities department, including note-taking and follow-ups. • Monitor contractor work progress and liaise with relevant personnel, ensuring timely updates and compliance with project timelines. • Assist in both administrative and technical tasks, including scheduling maintenance, managing service requests, and updating facility records. • Perform basic technical tasks like troubleshooting equipment, handling minor repairs, and overseeing the operational management. • Any other works assigned by management from time to time. Qualification: • Certificate/ Diploma in mechanical, electrical or mechatronic engineering with minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in lift industry or engineering operations in addition in hands on knowledge in handling all technical aspects of lift and escalator maintenance. • Familiar with Factories and Machinery Act 1967 and statutory compliance certification. • Possesses strong service ethic, pro-active, can-do attitude, and problem-solving skills.
