Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for managing various HR functions, including but not limited to payroll processing, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure that payroll processes are executed accurately and timely, while also supporting other HR activities to maintain a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:



Payroll Management:

Process payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve any discrepancies.
Coordinate with finance department to ensure proper deductions and disbursements.
Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.



HR Administration:

Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
Prepare HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination letters.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Performance Management:

Support the performance appraisal process and assist managers in conducting evaluations.
Monitor and track employee performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.

Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Prepare and submit compliance reports as required.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in HR and payroll administration.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory requirements.
Proficient in HRIS and payroll software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
