Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
- Process improvement and standardization initiatives for hiring and on-boarding
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc
- Shortlist suitable candidates based on their qualifications, experiences
- Screening of applications & assign for interview
- Conduct the interview, select the suitable candidates
- Notify confirmation via email for the post selection
- 1st day join duty – conduct introduction / induction
- Conduct performance appraisal quarterly
- Conducts recruitment for Non-Executives position including Security Guards, Armed Guards, Bodyguards and Foreign Security Guards
- To prepare & check Local & Foreign workers recruitment documentation after selection
- Conduct HR induction meetings for new employees, in training employees on HR systems, policies and procedures, including the delivery of new hire benefits orientations
- New staff on-boarding programmed e.g. preparing staff access card, ID card, training, recording the attendance, preparing orientation forms and documents
- Undertake ad-hoc assignment assigned by Management/HOD from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource (Recruitment)
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in Human Resource (Recruitment)
- Experienced in mass hiring of Non Executives candidate
- Able to do outdoor recruitment
- Working experience in Recruitment Agency will be an advantage
- Required Skills : Microsoft office (Excel, Word), Communication Skills
- Analytical and detailed oriented
- Requires good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Maturity in thinking and ability to execute plans
- Able to start work immediately
