  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To engage (Call / IM Chat) sellers that have yet to join campaign and convince sellers to submit all selling items into campaign
  • To help sellers submit campaign deals on behalf or upon request
  • Educate sellers the importance of joining peak day campaigns
  • To maximize traffic exposure and conversions.
  • Engage sellers to invest on Sponsored Search (Marketing Solutions) - to sell ads packages to sellers.
  • To acquire selected pool of sellers’ consent to join month long Long Tail Programs such as Cofund Vouchers
  • To attend ad-hoc/restructured seller operation tasks (pre-aligned with BPO team lead), from time to time

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Telesales/customer service background is a plus – able to sell ads packages to sellers to adopt
  • Good communication skills, able to speak naturally and fluently in English & Bahasa
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin as well to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
  • Open to fresh graduates degree with or without experience
  • Basic Microsoft Excel required
  • Sales and problem-solving mindset: able to provide and convince clients to adopt solutions
  • Marketing and selling skills
  • High level of integrity and honesty
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Well-organized and able to work well in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
  • Experience in e-commerce or retail is preferred

Job Details :

  • Working days/hours : Monday - Friday / 9AM-6PM
  • Working location : Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur
  • Status : Contract
  • Duration : until March 2025 (subject to extension & absorption into permanent based on performance and approval)
