To provide administrative support to the Customer Success Team Leaders.

Sales reporting: prepare and generate sales reports, forecast, customer usage/consumption reports & analysis and performance analysis for customer success manager, team lead and management.

To provide sales coordination and support to the Customer Success Team which including the customer request, Pre & Post Customer RTL/Renewal documentations, training arrangements, registration and follow-ups.

Managing the correspondence between the Customer Success team and relevant department from HQ for any customer request/issues/sales related matter.

To perform basic administration in Salesforce system for the related sales activities, customer information and reports. (Examples as below)

  • Update additional contact when customers send their employees for training that is not initially in the contact list located within Salesforce.
  • Request new Salesforce access for new joiners.
  • Update user access / subscription in Salesforce on quarterly basis.
  • Perform dashboard updates based on new requirements with Salesforce admin.

CRM: Maintain and update Salesforce with customer data, sales information, training attendance, follow-up leads and necessary enquiries.

Sales Meeting Support: Coordinate and attend internal sales related meetings, take down and prepare Minutes of Meetings, share with all stakeholders and ensure follow-up on action items by respective person-in-charge by dateline. Candidate will also be responsible to track outcomes based on Minutes of Meetings and send reminders.
