Summary:

We are seeking a results-oriented eCommerce Manager to lead and drive the growth of our client's online business. Our client is a leading sports brand in Malaysia, with its headquarters located in Kuala Lumpur. This role will oversee all aspects of its online operations, including sales, marketing, customer experience, and international expansion. You will be responsible for driving online sales, increasing brand awareness, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. eCommerce Strategy and Growth:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve online sales targets and increase profitability.
  • Manage daily eCommerce operations, including website updates, product listings, promotions, and inventory.
  • Identify opportunities for growth through new products, marketing, and partnerships.
  • Stay current on industry trends and adopt new technologies to enhance the online experience.

2. Online Marketing and Branding:

  • Lead online marketing efforts (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to build brand awareness and drive traffic.
  • Work with the marketing team to create engaging, consistent content.
  • Analyze traffic and customer behavior to improve marketing performance.

3. Customer Experience and Retention:

  • Ensure a smooth online shopping experience from browsing to delivery.
  • Address customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing top-tier service.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer loyalty, such as personalized offers and loyalty programs.

4. International Expansion:

  • Lead the eCommerce expansion into new international markets, adapting strategies to local preferences and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with international logistics providers, payment gateways, and marketplaces.
  • Conduct research to understand market opportunities and challenges.

5. Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics (traffic, conversions, average order value) to assess performance.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in eCommerce management, with proven success in driving online sales.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
  • Experience in international eCommerce is a plus.
