As a Network Management professional, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the operations of multiple branches or franchisees within a designated area. Your primary role will be to ensure that each location meets performance targets, adheres to company policies, and maintains high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with franchisees to optimize business processes and achieve company objectives.

Operational Oversight:

  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of each branch within the area.
  • Ensure efficient and smooth operations at all locations.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and address any issues.

Customer Service:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across all locations.
  • Promptly address and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Implement strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance of each branch to senior management.
  • Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop action plans based on data analysis and performance evaluations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Language required: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experienced and skilled in customer service or sales strategy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with management software and tools.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field is typically required; advanced degrees or relevant certifications may be preferred.
