JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Responsible full spectrum of recruitment activities such as job posting, sourcing, screening, interview, job offering and salary negotiation;
- Assist of other human resource function such as payroll, leave management, staff claims etc;
- Monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with the government authorities, e.g. such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN and HRDF;
- Responsible for conducting new employee orientation and employees on boarding and off-boarding workflows;
- Update and maintain employee personal information;
- Review and monitor in matters related to staff attendance such as absence and punctuality;
- Maintain effective filling system and HR records for easy retrieval purpose;
- Assist of employee grievance matter;
- Administer HR internal control policies and procedures and attend to all employees' queries pertaining to HR policies and procedures;
- Maintain all personnel documents and ensure high level of confidentiality at all times;
- Verify overtime work of staff with attendance record registered and other related matters;
- Assist in the planning of employee engagement activities to strengthen employee bonding and organizational growth;
- Prepare employee letters, contracts, memos, etc.;
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Possess a Diploma
- Proficiency in Mandarin & English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills in HR/Recruitment/Labor law.
- Experienced in HR Field will be an advantages
