Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Gallery & Senior Executive Customer Service at SIRIM Berhad. The Senior Executive will be responsible for managing customer service, support, and satisfaction in the gallery setting. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing guidance on products and services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

  • Conduct gallery briefings for visitors at the SIRIM gallery and ensure its maintenance.
  • Monitor and enhance operational performance at the Customer Services Section.
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Customer Services Section.
  • Improve and update the Customer Survey Index questionnaire and methods to achieve organizational targets.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum degree in Mass Communication, Business Management, Marketing, Multimedia or equivalent discipline with minimum 6 years working experience in customer service or related field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Candidate with post-graduate qualifications will have an added advantage.
  • Ability to prioritize customer needs and provide exceptional service
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
