Senior Product Specialist (South East Asia)

A. Job Summary:

A Product Specialist is responsible for product life cycle that is to analyze product data and conduct market research, developing and implementing go-to market strategies, conduct internal training to meet sales & marketing objectives.

B. Responsibilities:

1. Establish and analyse Education product data to develop product solution (mapping) in meeting sales objectives.
2. Manage product by monitoring product development timeline.
3. Conduct market research on Education trends and competitors’ analysis to lead the production of relevant and related internal & external communication tools, including not limited to sales presentations, videos, scripts, webinars, contribute to the creation of support materials such as FAQs and sales cheat sheets.
4. Participate in product development and review input processes and implementing go-to market strategies to meet sales objectives.
5. Conduct internal product training for sales and marketing teams.
6. Work with Marketing Department on sponsorship, marcom & digital marketing.

C. Qualifications:

1. A completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing Management.
2. Minimum 5 years of related working experience in Education Industry and managing product offerings/ solutions cater to preschool and primary schools.

D. Skills and Competencies:

1. Strong analytical skills to analyze data gathered and develop solutions.
2. Dynamic presentation and facilitation skills and able to present information in a clear and concise manner to a diverse population.
3. Display initiative, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively while being detail oriented.
4. Ability to work seamlessly within a team as well as managing individual tasks.

E. Salary Range

RM6000 - RM7000 per month
