Hiring Company Background : Thermal Engineering Company

Job Summary:

- Covers overall back-office matters cooperates with existing staff.

- Responsible for LHDN e-Invoice

・Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Refund Note

・Self-billed Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note, Refund Note

- Keying of database in SQL Accounting system for Invoices, Delivery Orders etc

・Ensure transactions are processed and properly recorded

- To assist Accounts Department activities & ensuring reporting on-time

- Manage office general admin works, office maintenance & provide administrative assistance, administer record processing and file management system in the office

- Any ad-hoc task & assignment as directed by superior/management from time to time

- IT-related tasks

・Management of company computers and folders, etc.

・Contact vendors and assist with troubleshooting when there are problems with computers and internet.

・IT maintenance related about once a week

Required Experiences :

- 2-3 years of work experience of general affairs includes full set account

- Cooperative and willing to cover the general tasks of back office

Allowances and Benefit :

Salary Package may up to RM 6,000

(includes Fixed Transportation allowance : RM300)
