Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategy & GTM plans.
  • Study the products & services, market study, develop product positioning, pricing/incentive strategy, and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors.
  • Conceptualize and craft educational products and innovative solutions/content that will increase the take-up rate.
  • Participate in on-ground visits to conduct customer interviews that will give us insights into customer challenges/motivation.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activity by conducting regular competitors’ analyses & using analytics to monitor & identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Track and update the annual budget to ensure it’s well within the annual allocation & is utilized effectively to drive key business objectives.
  • Collaborate and work with cross-function teams to deliver solutions and roll out product/features.

Job Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Marketing / Sales & Marketing.
  • Soft Skill & Interpersonal Skills
  • Collaboration and relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills & a creative thinker
  • Analytical & strategic thinking and creative storytelling.
  • Tech and social media savvy.
  • People Management.

Functional Skill:

  • Strategic thinker who can identify trends and opportunities.
  • Experienced in building strong GTM proposals.
  • Well-versed with Analytical tools such as Google Analytics, CRM reporting, and Social Media reporting.
  • Ability to project & simulate performances & build a business case.
  • Content curation and management.
  • Basic understanding of SEO.
  • Ability to use the data-driven approach in driving marketing campaigns.
