- Responsible for all leasing matters for retails lots within the mall / properties and to ensure meeting the group budget rental income given by the Management.
- Manage strategy planning, lease negotiations, prepare monthly leasing reports and perform analysis of market performance.
- To optimize occupancy rate for the mall.
- To ensure successful leasing of retail, F&B services, etc. aligning with the commercial terms set in leasing budget.
- Maintain strong relationship with all tenants in order to facilitate their concepts as part of managements or master strategy.
- To lead the entire Leasing Department and guide team member in all tenancy negotiation and closure of individual leasing transaction.
- To work closely with Finance, Legal, Operations, M&E department and Fit-Out to ensure tenants comply with mall's standard requirement.
- To monitor closely on rental income collection from all tenants.
- To monitor and analyze tenant mix from time to time and take necessary step to improve tenant mix whenever needs.
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Property, Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Mall leasing.
- Proficient in leasing terms negotiation.
- Experience in dealing with wide-range tenants such as retail and F&B.
- Possess strong networks and able to build rapport with the tenants.
- Good interpersonal skill, negotiation, presentation and communication.
- Responsible, High Integrity, Dynamic and Resourceful.
- An analytical mind and inclination for problem-solving.
- Driven and comfortable with an agile / entrepreneurial environment.
