Operator

1. Reporting to Technical Operator and Production Supervisor/ Assistant Production Supervisor. 2. Responsible for production operation and related matters. 3. To Assist Technical Operator in shift operation of respective production to meet requirements such as productivity, efficiency, quality and yield. 4. To execute assignment from technical operator such as production inspection, recovery, operating machines, cross department support, etc. 5. To ensure isolation of non-conformance products. 6. To ensure production operation meets the company's quality policy and objectives and comply to customers' requirements. 7. To provide teamwork and team spirit for continuous support of internal improvement projects and cost reduction programs to meet customers and the company's goal. 8. To recommend or provide cost control for all activities within production scope of work. 9. To ensure housekeeping and safety within work area. 10. Other duties and assignment by superior from time to time.
