Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Service Agent at MOV Hotel in Kuala Lumpur. The Guest Service Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests, handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, as well as addressing guest inquiries and concerns. The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction and creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, Communication, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and reservations systems
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles
  • Degree or certification in Hospitality Management is preferred
