Job Summary

  • Promote brand by sales promotion activities to win market competition.
  • Develop 4p marketing strategies, action plans and execute it for better performance.
  • Work closely with internal and external teams for better results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop marketing strategies and action plans to achieve sales growth.
  • Create and execute promotions.
  • Set targets and measure performance during/after promotion.
  • Monitor market, competitors, media trends, customer needs, to increase brand competency
  • Plan and control marketing funds efficiently to maximize return on investment
  • Find and develop effective communication methods to get higher results.
  • Analyze, measure, report the performance to management.
  • Meet brand standards on all marketing activities and communication methods.
  • Supervise and lead the performance of subordinate
  • Carry out any others and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Qualification & Experience

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business or its equivalent
  • Marketing experience of 7 years with a minimum of 3 years in sales promotions.
  • Experience in F&B is an added advantage.
  • Project management experience with performance.
