Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall business for Government Sales.
  • Formulate the direction, strategy, and action plans given by Top Management.
  • Monitor and evaluate Dealer's Government Sales performance, data analysis, and develop strategies to improve Government Sales performance i.e., business policies and sales campaigns.
  • Prepare official letters, presentations, reports on Government & Corporate Sales operations, including budget monitoring, budget utilization, incentive schemes and payment to dealers.
  • Responsible for monitoring EV business trends including identifying market trends and making recommendations for business improvement.
  • Ensure product, soft skills, sales training to dealers for optimization of retail potential.
  • Monitor the stock movement, stock ordering, and vehicle inventory.
  • Responsible for developing new opportunities.
  • Guide and coach subordinates, to ensure the business is on track.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Sales within the Automotive industry, preferably sales to federal/state government and Government/State link companies.
  • At least 4 years experience in a junior managerial position.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency with excellent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the development of the EV Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
  • Able to converse well Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to travel for business meetings and dealer visits.
