Role Purpose

  • Lead and manage all accounting, forecasting, budgeting, audit, treasury, tax, admin procurement, and IT functions in Cradle Fund Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries to support the overall financial and strategic objectives of the Company.
  • Assist the GCEO in company strategic planning and future growth.

Key Accountabilities

1. ACCOUNTS, FINANCE, ADMIN, PROCUREMENT & IT

a. Drive, manage and monitor the fiscal activities of the Group, including budgeting,

forecasting, financial / management reporting, audit, treasury, tax, to ensure aligned to

the Group’s performance.

b. Establish and continuously improve financial processes and systems in CFSB and its

subsidiaries to ensure efficiency and accuracy of data.

2. REVENUE GENERATION

a. Identify, evaluate, develop and monitor sustainable revenue streams for the Company.

3. OTHERS

a. Assist the CEO to develop and execute CFSB’s annual, medium-term and long term

strategic plans in alignment to the organisation’s mission and goals.

b. Assist and work closely with the Investment team in financial, deal reviews and business

prospects.

c. Establish and manage strategic relationships with key external stakeholder (i.e. Securities

Commission, Bank Negara, bankers, auditors, lawyers, Minister of Finance, etc.)

d. Develop and raise capabilities / competencies and performance of Finance & Accounts

department.

e. Keep abreast to market conditions and trends to ensure effective reaction to market

changes.

Qualification

  • At least 5 years of experience in Senior Management position and 10 years experience in Finance and Account.
  • A bachelor's in a relevant field such as Account & Finance or equivalent.
