  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform detailed groundwork, research and financial analysis for corporate or business proposals.

2. Be involved with due diligence and documentation in investment, reviewing legal related documents and agreements.

3. Set up comprehensive analysis template and master control checklist for efficient and effective analysis and tracking.

4. Prepare and assist in conducting feasibility studies for new investment and prepare comprehensive working paper. 5. Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the potential impact of various strategic initiatives on the target company’s financial performance.

6. Assess the financial viability and potential risk associated with proposed investments, providing recommendations. 7. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, accounting standards and internal policies and procedures.

8. Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders including auditors, tax advisors, government agencies, bankers, lawyers, and company secretary for related subject matters.

9. Carry out and perform in any ad hoc projects or assignments, whenever required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalents.

• Good and hands-on experience in handling full set of account closing.

• Process sound accounting knowledge and corporate finance working experience.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience relevant working experience preferably in public listed company or

Big Four audit firm or internal audit.

• Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia preferred as the role required to deal with our subsidiary

companies.

• Strong commitment, accountability, integrity, responsibility, proactiveness, and result oriented.

• Accountability and high professional integrity and mature.

• Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines.

• Enthusiastic team-player, quality-conscious with an eye for detail, practical and discreet in dealing with confidential

information.
