• To in charge and control heavy Numerical Control System Machines. • To maintain the Numerical Control System Machine at regular intervals to ensure the machine is in running efficiently. • To modify existing programs or settings to produce products according to customer specifications. • Develop Numerical Control System tailored to machine operations, optimizing toolpaths for maximum efficiency and precision. • Generate and simulate toolpaths, ensuring compatibility with project specifications. • Select appropriate materials based on project requirements, considering factors such as hardness, machinability, and end-use conditions. • Execute Numerical Control System to achieve tight tolerances, superior surface finishes, and dimensional accuracy. • To maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, cutting, by using Numerical Control System Machine. Job Requirement • At least 7 years of working experience in Numerical Control System or similar industries. • Proficiency in engineering tools. • In-depth knowledge of Numerical Control System and machining processes. • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to achieving tight tolerances and superior finishes. • Solid understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a secure working environment. • Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional teams. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting and process optimization.
