Responsibilities:
Project and Budget Management
- Support service delivery in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet business and client goals.
- Monitor project budgets and forecasts to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
Financial Analysis and Forecasting
- Perform monthly project financial analysis, including budget variance and correction follow-ups.
- Ensure timely submission of forecasts in collaboration with CFM/relevant parties.
Resource Planning and Coordination
- Maintain financial and resource planning documentation.
- Coordinate with team leads for resourcing plans to ensure proper allocation of resources.
Pricing and Financial Support
- Support pricing decisions by validating pricing prepared by the Deal Team.
- Coordinate with CM/CFM on financial matters and HR for resourcing issues.
Financial Reporting and Decision Support
- Conduct analysis and make recommendations based on financial data to assist the project team in making strategic decisions.
- Respond to ad-hoc project requests and provide financial and analytical support.
- Keep track of the project’s financial status, organizing updates with CAL & Delivery Leads, and highlight any potential financial risks.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in project financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
Skills:
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in financial software and Excel.
Knowledge: Understanding of pricing, resource planning, and budget forecasting.
