E-Commerce Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for Commerce.Asia’s clients. This role works closely with design, sales, operations, marketing, and customer service to ensure a holistic service is provided to all our clients. You will also be developing and maintaining relationships with marketplace contact points to drive our clients’ growth in e-commerce. To qualify for this role, you should have a strong passion and interest in the fast-paced e-commerce industry. The desired candidate is an adaptable fast learner with strong interpersonal, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Performance Management
• Managing overall account health and achieving sales targets
• Ensuring time-efficient management of your assigned clients across all channels, with deliverables on track
• Ensuring optimal product and store presentation across all channels
• Account growth planning and implementation
• Co-ordinating daily operations with relevant teams (Marketing, Customer Service and Operations)
2. Partner Service
• Building and maintaining client and marketplace contact points relationships
• Developing sales and inventory forecasts in line with clients’ sales targets
• Playing the role of e-commerce consultants to clients to advise best course of action to grow their business online
• Providing timely updates to clients on each online sales channel
• Campaign performance analysis across channels, using insights to build best practices for subsequent campaigns
• Identifying and initiating campaigns to boost clients’ e-commerce growth
Requirement
• Experience in e-commerce marketplaces (Shopee/Lazada) is a strong plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Excel skills
• Proactive – self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English

• Able to multitask, prioritize and self-manage time efficiently, to be managing more than one client account
• Resourceful in developing campaigns catered to clients’ business objectives
• Strong relationship builder and negotiator
• Able to analyze data to build a deeper understanding of the clients’ e-commerce business
• Development of new relationships with potential clients as a strong suit is a plus
