Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled React Native Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects, demonstrate proactive leadership skills, and be willing to work in a flexible environment, either from the customer premises or the employer's office. Malaysian citizens with proficiency in Malay are preferred, though expatriates residing in Malaysia are also welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, maintain, and improve mobile applications using React Native.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

- Lead project initiatives and mentor junior developers as needed.

- Take ownership of project timelines and ensure timely delivery.

- Adapt to changing work environments, including flexible work timings and locations (customer premises or employer office).

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in React Native development.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and JavaScript object models.

- Hands-on experience with React Native frameworks and libraries.

- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.

- Strong understanding of mobile development principles and platform-specific differences (iOS/Android).

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

- Solid understanding of version control systems such as Git.
