The Role:

The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the HOD in developing a personality for 4Fingers as a brand. The AM will achieve this through supporting the brand centric initiatives in accordance with the brand CI and guide, communicating the brand message using a number of different communication methods such as advertising and promotions which are used to give the brand its recognizable face.

The AM also manages and coordinates sales and marketing activities for 4Fingers; assists the HOD at overseeing sales, marketing, and advertising/communication; monitors demand for company products, business & industry competition, and prices; identifies potential new customers and develops strategies to increase sales or market share.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing

  • Plan and manage campaigns and projects from concept to completion, ensuring internal alignment through key steps of the business process.
  • Organize and execute a mixture of national and tactical campaigns that will improve long term brand measures.
  • Develop, brief, and execute the communication plans and manage external agency partners throughout the process.
  • Assist to monitor and be accountable for the efficient and effective spend of marketing budgets across assigned brands/projects.
  • Work collaboratively with the Business Insights team to monitor and analyse key performance metrics including sales and brand metrics for relevant campaigns.
  • Build positive, ongoing relationships with external (e.g. Agencies) and internal stakeholders (e.g. Operations, Legal, Supply Chain)
  • Take initiatives in developing own marketing expertise and business skills both through internal and external sources.
  • Act as an "ambassador" for the Brand internally and externally.

Sales & Business Acumen

  • Support the team on achieving sales/revenue for the business.
  • Assist to perform sales/revenue planning and budgeting for the business.
  • Monitor the business performance proactively and take appropriate actions with the relevant marketing initiatives to attain the budgeted sales.
  • Understand the business performance indicators (i.e. sales mix, product mix, channel mix, sales trends by store & etc.), and provide analysis for the management.
  • Identify opportunities within the data and trends, build transactions and/or sales with appropriate marketing executions/plans/strategies.

Customer Care

  • Oversee customer feedback management to enhance customer satisfaction, including feedback channel and process set up, executions & tracking.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum degree (preferably in marketing or business field)
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing function
  • Prior F&B or retail working experience would be advantageous
  • Strong fundamentals in the core aspects of Marketing
  • High numerical aptitude and analytical skill with an ability to organize, measure and analyze data
  • Ability to articulate and translate data analysis findings into actionable marketing ideas
  • A team player with good communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle high volume workload
  • Meticulous, diligent and well organized with good time management and sense of urgency
